Proforma is a rapidly growing, 500 million dollar, North American leader in the printing and promotional products industry with over 750 franchised sales offices. We are hiring a Personal Assistant/Facilities Manager to manage the home and properties of the Proforma CEO and Founder located on Davis Islands in Tampa, Florida.
The individual will be responsible for managing all household activities and daily tasks including household staff, contractors and projects. The right candidate will be adept at managing multiple properties and vehicles. In addition, the Personal Assistant/Facilities Manager will manage the family’s onsite events, schedules and some travel coordination. The ideal candidate will have the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with our CEO, Founder, Executive Management Team and highly successful business owners.

High level of confidentiality, diplomacy and integrity.
Ability to proactively anticipate needs and take appropriate and timely action.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside business owners and associates.
Highly detail oriented with excellent time management and follow-through skills.
Flexibility with work day and schedule, ability to work overtime as needed.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
General Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years facilities or personal assistant experience, preferably with 3+ years supporting C-level executives.
Diploma required and degree preferred.
Additional Requirements:
Must be accessible nights/weekends to assist with travel and schedule coordination.
Must be proficient with a Smart Phone (Android/iPhone)
