Our Real Estate Services Company is searching for a Personal Executive Assistant who can assist in the tasks of improving productivity and time management. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for running of errands, maintaining ongoing business files, assisting setting up the company conference room for important meetings, assisting with creating outgoing correspondence, assist in developing social media accounts for the various business we own, as well as be a sounding board and a confidant of the President of the Company. The ideal candidate for this position is a self-starter who can work well in a fast-paced environment.

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Strong sense of responsibility
Ability to multi-task and complete tasks with minimal supervision
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Proficient computer skills
Be creative and open minded
Impeccable written and oral communication skills.
Evening and/or weekend availability
This is a 25 to 30 hour a week position. Looking for someone who wants or needs a break to show what they are worth. Second chances are given as long as you disclose.
