I am an investor in the Real Estate field. I work in the landholding industry which deals with refurbishment/renovation projects on different properties.
Looking for a personal assistant/ project manager to work with a real estate land holdings company.
ABOUT THE JOB:
The job will be on a 1099 income. You are required to work 40 hrs/week.
Location: Ybor Heights / Channelside
This job involves tasks that range from simple to complex, and you will be working with a few colleagues or none.
1. The starting pay for a Assistant / project manager is $12.00 – $14.00 per hour
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– You need to be great at making outbound calls and follow-up with emails
– Direct interaction with clients, calendaring and scheduling, opening cases, ordering records & bills, drafting letters, answering the phones, multi bids on real estate projects and sign-ups
– You will need to get estimates for material/labor for projects, this must be made in an effective way to find the best solution based on what is needed each time
– Negotiation of services contracts
– You will be responsible for coordinating many different people such as architects, real estate agents, lawyers, maintenance/repairmen, technical support people, etc.
– Manage contractor relationships and coordinate and monitor the activities of suppliers
– Supervise refurbishment and renovation projects including maintenance and repair
– Secretarial daily duties
– Run errands: no task is too little for you (coffee, posts, mail, bank, etc.)
– Keep paperwork such as invoices, contracts, bills, receipts organized as required
– This is a troubleshooting job which means you must complete things on your own
SKILLS
– You must be highly organized and detail-oriented
– Excellent typing skills with special attention to grammar and accuracy
– Available to address calls/emails as soon as possible
– Ability to exercise time management and coordination skills – prioritizing multiple projects as is necessary is essential
– Working knowledge of and experience in maintenance and property management
– Working knowledge of procurement and contracts
– Competent user of Google Drive and Google Docs, IT literate
– Interest in Real Estate is mandatory
We have a pre-test to see if you can pass the minimal requirements of this industry.
If the test goes smoothly, we would like to start with some trial days.
Sometimes you will have to work on weekends
