Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Executive Real Estate Assistant to provide critical support to our real estate team. This role requires a multitasker who can prioritize and manage administrative and operational functions with precision. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in tools like Google Docs and Excel. You will be responsible for organizing open houses, scheduling feedback, delivering flyers, running errands, and handling various other tasks that ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Social media management skills are a plus, and flexibility for covering occasional absences is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize open houses and ensure all details are in place for smooth execution
- Schedule and manage client feedback from showings
- Deliver marketing materials, including flyers, to target areas
- Run errands and complete time-sensitive tasks to support the team
- Manage schedules, appointments, and real estate transactions from start to close
- Maintain and organize documents, including contracts, listings, and client files
- Coordinate communication with clients, agents, and vendors
- Update and manage data in Google Docs and Excel
- Assist with social media posting and marketing campaigns
- Provide coverage for team members during absences
- Perform other administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
- Active Real Estate License: Minimum 5+ years of experience
- Exceptionally Organized: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong Communication Skills: Both written and verbal
- Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Google Docs and Excel, with the ability to quickly learn new tools
- Social Media: Basic proficiency in posting and managing content on social media platforms (desirable)
- Flexible and Reliable: Availability to cover absences and adapt to changing schedules
- Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to succeed in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Compensation:
Competitive hourly/salary rates/project based pay, based on experience.
