Two Phone Sales Positions In our Downtown Dunedin Office
Award Winning, Dunedin based Real Estate Brokerage is currently seeking two Phone Sales Associates to set appointments by explaining our process to ready to act buyers and sellers using our state of the art lead management system!
Associates have the ability to grow in the position as well as within the company.
Who we are looking for: A sales professional comfortable with speaking with prospective customers several times daily. The correct fit should have experience handling both inbound sales inquiries and outbound calling. The position uses proven dialogue to set qualified appointments for our team. This involves several calls daily and the occasional call after business hours.
The majority of time will be spent on the phones. Must be comfortable with working alone, i.e. self motivated.
The right fit must be eager, self motivating and computer savvy.
You will be the first point of contact for our customers.
Candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Years of phone sales / telemarketing experience
- Great listener with a passion for selling via the telephone!
- Extremely strong communication skills with professional, positive phone demeanor
- Patients and good objection handling skills
- Strong desire to achieve top results
- Open minded with a willingness to refine the “craft of persuasion” over the phone
- Must be willing to work weekends

Salary will be based on experience and level of phone sales experience and education.
