HomeFX Real Estate Media is the leading real estate photography company in Florida offering photos, video and aerial photography. HomeFX is locally owned and operated. We are increasing our capacity and are looking for new photographers to join our team serving the West Central Florida region.
The successful candidate will be self-motivating, have reliable transportation, high speed internet, a customer-centric mindset and a quick learner. No real estate experience necessary – photography and videography experience is preferred.
HomeFX Real Estate Photographers will report to and be trained by Regional Director of Photography.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Capture high-quality DSLR and aerial photography and videography of properties within your assigned territory
- Shoot an assigned number of properties while meeting or exceeding quality standards by arriving on time and maintaining a positive attitude throughout the appointment
- Maintain appointments with property representatives via phone or in-person; accurately communicate relevant details or requests to home office in a timely manner
- Conduct yourself in a professional and cordial manner as a HomeFX company representative
- Follow procedures and communicate regularly with Manager and Main Office
- May be asked to participate in team meetings/conference calls
- Upload photography in a timely manner to designated Cloud program
- Communicate needed maintenance for company provided equipment
- Perform special projects as directed by Photography Manager
REQUIREMENTS
- No industry experience required, on-job training provided
- Applicants should be self motivated, punctual, energetic and organized
- Driving required – daytime and nighttime
- Ability to drive within the assigned territory daily – up to 1.5 hour radius – From Kissimmee to Tampa
- Must have and maintain a good driving record, current insurance and valid state driver’s license
- Must have professional appearance in dress and hygiene
- Must be able to stand for up to 2 hours for photoshoots, bend or stoop, lift up to 20 lbs and work outside for short periods of time
- Abide by company car policy and safety standards
- Must live within the center of the specified location, but willing to travel
- Availability to photograph locations as assigned Monday-Saturday, 8am to Twilight – Sunday off
- Company will provide a camera, lens, memory cards, tripod, 3D camera, aerial drone and company uniform
- Completely responsible for paying taxes, insurance, fuel and mileage per contractor agreement
- Must be willing to undergo and pass a background/criminal history check
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and organizational skills – communication and critical thinking skills are a must
- Detail oriented and organized, responsible and honest
- Knowledge of Windows, Cloud based programs, Microsoft Office, and internet applications
- Have experience with cloud-based file storage/sharing web applications (box.com, dropbox.com)
