As a Maintenance Technician, you are on the “front lines” providing excellent customer service to our tenants. Your responsibilities will include closing work orders in a timely manner, troubleshooting maintenance issues, and making cost-saving decisions for the company. You will need to travel between sites, maintaining facilities and assisting the team in any way necessary to ensure efficient operations. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of the properties and contributing to a positive living environment for all tenants. Requirements:
- general handyman services/ basic repairs
- light plumbing
- light electrical
- light HVAC
- communication with tenants to schedule and complete repairs
- ability to use online work order systems to view tasks, update notes, and close out completed work orders using a computer or smartphone app (training provided)
- provide daily updates to the property management team
- travel between various locations across Tampa Bay
- reliable transportation
- must have a clean background (drug, criminal background, credit, and driving history screening required)
- strong communication skills
- ability to communicate in English
