Supervise, coordinate and perform Maintenance job duties as needed for the physical structures of building at Highland Lakes and maintain grounds by performing the following duties. Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in Housekeeping/Laundry duties. Responsible for maintaining the property and performance of all duties in accordance with: facility policies and local, state and federal regulations.
