Job Summary:
Immediate opening for a Portfolio Administrative Assistant/ Assistant Manager at a well-established, experienced, and respected commercial real estate and property management company. The ideal candidate should have MS Office proficiency, a professional appearance, a positive outlook, excellent phone skills, outstanding communication skills and be prepared to interact with our clients, agents, and brokers.
We are a small company that offers a high level of service in both the real-estate and property management industry. Along with sales and leasing, we provide exceptional property management services for investors, office parks, associations, multi-family & single-family residential properties, commercial and retail plazas. Responsibilities include:
Customer service, verbal/written communication skills, ability to maintain professional working relationship with vendors, property owners and association board members, thorough knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word & Excel a MUST,) knowledge of AppFolio property management software preferred. Fielding telephone calls. Learning and utilizing the Property Management software, AppFolio for scheduling repairs and services. Monitoring lease and listing expirations.
Job Type: Part-time Hours: 12pm to 5pm Salary: $18 /hour
Experience:
- Customer service: 5 years (Preferred, Not Required)
- Administrative Assistant: 2 years (Preferred, Not Required)
- Real Estate or Property Management experience (Preferred, Not Required)
- LCAM (Preferred, Not Required)
