RPM has an opening for a full-time Portfolio Manager.
Candidates must possess excellent verbal & written communication skills, strong supervisory experience as well as the ability to multi-task, perform property inspections, prepare the association’s annual budget as well as membership & board meeting notices.
Only those candidates with an active Florida CAM license & experience as an onsite CAM will be considered. CMCA, AMS or PCAM designation is highly preferred.
References, criminal background check and drug screen required. Excellent salary commensurate with experience. Benefits package offered, including 401k with company match.
