Job Summary The Portfolio Operations Director leads an operations team consisting of an Assistant Portfolio Manager, Portfolio Operations Associate, LeasingAgents/Specialists, Rehab and Maintenance Technicians. Must be able to motivate a team of professionals and be effective with administrativeand communication initiatives in order to maximize revenues, minimize expenses, maximize resident service experience and achieve financialgoals for homes in community.
