This position is to manage multiple properties in Pinellas County. The position responsibilities include the operation/implementation of the buildings to include, but not limited to procedures as outlined in Governing Documents and Board of Director Policies. Oversee the maintenance of the property including various maintenance personnel. Oversee contracted work for properties and ensure all work is satisfactory. Oversee and work with accounting firm to ensure financial well being of Association. Must be available for Board of Director Meetings at various nearby locations and evenings and weekends.
The position requires the ability to physically tour the property in its entirety, the ability to oversee any and all maintenance functions, assist with emergency measures as required.

- Knowledge of on-site maintenance requirements including dealing with vendors and contractors
- Ability and access to drive a car to various locations
- Must have a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
- Must have intermediate computer skills, including working knowledge of Word and Excel, Tops or SenEarthCo knowledge a plus.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of two years’ experience in residential property management or a related field is required.
- A high school education or equivalent is required. A college degree is suggested, but not required.
- The position requires the ability to read and write English fluently, and the ability to accurately perform basic to intermediate mathematical functions.
- Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
