Full Job Description
Growing property management company is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Portfolio LCAM to join our organization. Manager must possess exemplary leadership and communication skills that will be critical in providing excellent customer service to our clients. Position will be responsible for providing excellent management and coordination of people, activities, and resources to maximize successful operation of the communities. Applicants must have CAM license and at least 4 years’ experience.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTION: Manage every aspect related to Homeowners and Condominium Associations including but not limited to:
1. Understand Association Documents
2. Manage Maintenance with staff / vendors
3. Conduct Board of Directors and Association Annual Meetings
4. Clear concise communication with Owners, Board Members and Vendors
5. Create and Develop written correspondence to Owners and Others
6. Conduct On-Sight Property Inspections
7. Perform Financial Review
8. Familiar with Fl. Statuettes 718 & 720 regarding Associations
9. Work with Developer controlled Boards
EDUCATION:
1. Must be Licensed Community Association Manager in FL
2. CMCA, AMS designation preferred
PERSONAL CHARACTERISTIC:
1 High Energy level, comfortable with performing multifaceted projects.
2. Good Reasoning abilities, sound judgment, and negotiation skills.
3. Be able to Prioritize.
4. Resourceful and Well Organized.
5. Good Computer Skills.
6. Excellent Communication Skills.
7. People Oriented, but must have sound judgment and the ability to balance other business considerations.
8. Service Oriented, but assertive/persuasive.
9. Must have Basic Accounting Knowledge.
10. Knowledge of VMS software is a plus.
11. Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
