Consult FGC is a fast-growing web consulting company composed of a small but efficient group of advertising and marketing gurus.


The SEM/PPC Specialist will be an integral part of the digital marketing and advertising team, and will assist the Digital Marketing Director in marketing cycles of planning, creation, and execution. The ideal individual will have an understanding of Digital Advertising, Google, SEO, Social Media channels, etc.

We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in generating leads. The PPC Specialist will be responsible for managing paid ad campaigns in Google Ads, Facebook, and other software platforms.

The PPC Specialist will also work with the Graphic, Social Media, and Content teams to create cohesive campaigns. Ideally, you will be able to digest and provide campaign analysis that allows for continued improvement, as well as report on campaign performance on a regular basis.

This person will also enjoy working in a challenging but fun environment with people of multiple cultures – the ability to work well with different team personalities and dynamics is a huge plus.

Ideal candidate must be comfortable with taking initiative and possess thorough knowledge of platforms and strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and optimize SEM/PPC ad campaigns across platforms
  • Ensure paid search supports key SEO initiatives through keyword research and other sources
  • Creating and checking conversion tracking across platforms such Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Google Tag Manager, and more
  • Coordinate with digital teams for cohesive campaign creation
  • Regular reporting to supervisors and clients
  • Innovative, creative thinking on how SEM strategies can support client initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or equivalent, or relevant work experience
  • 1-3 years of professional digital marketing experience
  • Proven experience with creating lead generation SEM/PPC campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Programmatic
  • Google Analytics and Google Ads certified preferred
  • Experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager
  • Experience with web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Search Console)
  • WordPress knowledge and experience a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Self-starter and comfortable with confidently making strategy-based decisions from one’s own experience and knowledge
