Our goal is to source the best talent from around the world to build up our already extensive international team, so we need local experts with great written and spoken English to support our local and international client accounts. You’ll be doing everything from drafting releases and pitching, through to creating media lists and monitoring coverage, so we are looking for someone happy to do every task required to make their campaigns a success.

Duties

  • Support Account Directors, Supervisors, and Managers as the Account Coordinator on PR projects: Always-On PR, TOP 40 Relationships, Data-Driven PR, Reputation Management and more
  • Support Influencer Marketing initiatives as part of the strategy for your PR accounts
  • Identify, sort, and prioritize daily media inquiries and requests
  • Prepare daily media monitoring reports for clients
  • Conduct weekly competitive industry intelligence reports
  • Use proprietary systems to send targeted media pitches
  • Create analytical reports featuring mass media, social media, and SEO impact
  • Help maintain media contact databases and systems
  • Monitor social media sentiment for key clients
  • Nurture our client relationships
  • Manage multiple account and media relations teams to get more results for our clients
  • Manage the politics and personalities of working with clients at big companies
  • Translate client asks into actionable briefs for the team
  • Translate materials when required into local market language
  • Support client teams based in the US to make their campaigns a success

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Advertising, Media Studies, or work experience
  • Ability to learn new technology systems quickly and efficiently
  • High attention to detail and the ability to think two steps ahead
  • Ability to focus and get things done while juggling a wide range of tasks
  • Highly energetic and enthusiastic with a solid work ethic and pop-culture savvy
  • When you see a challenge, you think “bring it on!”
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • A natural inclination to stay connected on email, SMS, phone, and social media
  • Open to work on US Time zone
