Premium financing allows for insurance premiums to be financed over time instead of being paid in a lump sum. This helps with cash flow and helps businesses take advantage of up front discounts that they normally would not be able to pursue. Premiums that businesses tend to finance include property or casualty, medical malpractice, condo association, workers compensation, errors & omissions, business auto, directors and officers, etc.
We currently have a dynamic opening for a Credit Analyst/ in our Tampa, FL office. The Analyst will be responsible for Premium Finance loan quoting and underwriting, renewal activities, and agency inquiries that flow through the sales office. Responsible for making sound credit decisions while consistently applying the underwriting standards necessary to maintain the credit quality objectives of the company. Depending on the size of the credit request, may work with senior credit approval officers. Must ensure that loan supporting documentation is complete, accurate and in compliance with procedures and credit policy. The teammate must provide a high level of client service and deliver responses in a timely manner with attention to detail and accuracy. They must have the ability to identify issues and provide workable solutions in addition to answering questions regarding loan status and lending decisions.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED,
2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a financial services environment
Enthusiasm and a team player approach are essential in this role.
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently to achieve goals set by manager
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
