PRESIDENT & CEO needed for Tomlin Staffing in the St. Petersburg, FL Area. Full-Time. Negotiable Pay.
Job Description:
President & CEO for a Tampa Bay-based not-for-profit in the health related industry to provide day-to-day leadership and management of current team as well as strategy development to grow the organization.
– New CEO will be charged with developing a short and long-range strategic plan and to maintain and develop new sustainable programs for the organization
– Board development
– Networking on behalf of the organization
– Fundraising on behalf of the organization
– Identify new sources revenue for the organization
– Identify and follow up with grant process and pipeline
– Regular reporting to board on success as it relates to business plan and strategic plan
– Program evaluation and report to board of directors and other related partners and entities
Job Qualifications:
Desired Skills and Experience
– College degree in communications, non-profit management, public health, education, public relations or some allied field
– Proven track record in fundraising, marketing/networking
– Networked locally in the Tampa Bay region in particular
– Experience in non-profit management
– Experience in strategy development in leading organizations toward shared vision
– Effective and adaptive communication style suitable for a wide range of individuals and crafting meaningful messages to key audiences
– Program strategy alignment in creating shared understanding of organizational values, goals and unique niche
– Management of staff and volunteers in building meaningful partnerships with individuals at various levels of the organization
– Building a team environment
