Job Description
Sunbelt Title in Tampa, FL, a wholly owned subsidiary of Title Resource Group (TRG) is seeking a Processor in our Brandon office. TRG is a full-service title, settlement, underwriting and vendor management services company serving real estate companies, affinity groups, corporations and financial institutions in support of residential and commercial real estate transactions.
The Processor is responsible for:
- Answer inbound calls and assist callers
- Schedule closings with remote notaries and maintain closing calendar
- Assist Escrow Officers with tasks as directed
- Review contracts, commitments, closing orders and other information in preparation for closings as well as assemble pertinent documents to prepare the physical file
- Track and manage closings estimated by builder, mortgage, and outside lenders
- Manage and complete title commitment requests in advance of the builder’s required timeframe, whenever possible
- Coordinate with builder, lenders, internal teams, real estate agents, surveyors, HOAs, customers and vendors
- Prepare, track and record NOCs
- Other tasks, as assigned
- Attend off-site meetings with builder (approximately once per quarter)

- One to two years of administrative experience
- Basic knowledge and/or Experience in the real estate industry
- Proficiency using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
Qualifications:
- A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- One to two years of administrative experience is required.
- Experience in the real estate industry is preferred (title/escrow/real estate/property management).
- Microsoft Suite proficient
