Job Description
CSG is seeking a Production Analyst to assist in analytical work for multifamily debt and/or equity investments originated by CSG. The Production Analyst will be responsible for analyzing debt and equity investments, preparing offer packages, and assisting the Production Manager and Production Officers with the task of acquiring new business. The ideal candidate will become an integral part of a growing and highly experienced group of real estate financial services professionals. The position is full time and based in Clearwater, Florida.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Input property financial and tenant information into Excel financial models and provide recommendations for ideal debt solution based on particular needs of the transaction
- Prepare client presentations and proposals
- Receive and organize information from clients
- Recognize issues and work with the team to find solutions to deal obstacles
- Ability to work independently on projects and also collaborate as a team player
- Handle other duties as needed and assigned
Desired Skills and Knowledge:
- Knowledge of MS Office with advanced Excel skills required
- Detail oriented with strong organizational/project management skills
- Excellent communication, decision making, and feedback skills. Has the ability to effectively interact with all levels of internal and external business partners and facilitate learning and development.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier accredited college or university required;
- Must be self-managed and have a willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other business-related software.
