Daily Responsibilities:
- Routinely communicate with production leadership on issues which could affect production and the meeting of deadlines.
- Run get materials from manufacturers and deliver them to projects when necessary
- Work closely with our Production Manager
- Operate necessary equipment either automated or manual. Operates motorized vehicles such as a pickup truck, motorized sweeper, forklift and dump truck to perform material transport duties.
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Monitor and support install crews on a daily basis.
- Verify previous day production reports which will then be communicated to the PM.
- Assist Production Manager with communication to homeowners.
- Track sub-contractor performance.
- Provide proactive communication with clients as it relates to service schedules.
- Partner with production staff to coordinate services and satisfy set expectations.
- Assist with coordination of purchasing, staging, delivery of materials.
- Take on projects as-needed throughout the year.
- Work with production staff to dispatch warranted communication
- Ability to follow safety instructions at all times
- Requires availability for a flexible work schedule to include 12 hours shifts, days, nights, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work independently and under stressful conditions required.
- Good physical condition required to perform duties.
- Must be able to climb stairs, ladders and perform repetitive motion.
- Ability to lift 100 lbs.
- Performs general landscaping and grounds maintenance duties.
REQUIRED MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Ability to operate a shovel, wheelbarrow, forklift, bobcat, a gehl, pickup truck, front-end loader, dump truck, motorized sweeper, jackhammer, mower, weed eater, hand power tools, etc. to perform job duties. Ability to read and understand warning labels, instructions, signs, etc. Possess good communication skills.
