Looking to hire someone with an artistic eye to take professional pictures of our properties. We have multiple commercial and residential properties mostly located in Polk county and a few in Hillsborough and Marion counties.
We are a growing, diversified, Tampa based entrepreneurial company with involvements in construction, roofing, development, online sales, liquidation, limousine service, property management, and real estate. We are also starting a new venture selling items online from our very large inventory and warehouse and looking at other retail venues. We have purchased a 1950’s brick warehouse, one of the largest in the Tampa Bay area, and are renovating the property and our offices over time. We successfully held on to many properties during the recession. This caused us to be property rich and cash poor, putting us on a strict budget. Consequently, we need people that are affordable. The faster we grow the bigger the potential for more money to be made!
Our ideal candidate would be have 2 years professional photography experience with the ability to edit photos/videos with a quick and efficient delivery system.
Some travel it required to do this job but, a large portion of the work could be done from home! Perfect for someone that would like to make extra money and needs flexibility in their schedule.
