Description:
As the Program Manager for Community Housing Solutions, you will supervise the CHS team providing services at the homeless facility in accordance with policies and any applicable laws, including directing daily operations and maintaining a safe, supportive environment within the shelter. You will participate in decision-making and facilitate action plans to address identified needs to improve the delivery of evidence-based, high quality, and cost effective services. Further, you will work closely with the leadership team to establish and monitor quality standards, benchmarks, and performance measures, to include monitoring employee morale and identifying ways to improve retention and job satisfaction. You will also manage program implementation of grants and contracts as they relate to housing programs with supportive services. Finally, you will ensure accurate and timely submission of all client data and serve as the DACCO point-of-contact for the UNITY system.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, occasional weekend and nighttime availability required

Required Experience:
- Three to five years of related experience in Mental Health and/or Substance Abuse
- Experience in services to homeless and re-housed individuals with goal of achieving sustainable housing stability
- Two years of supervisory experience
Required Education:
- Master’s Degree in a Human Services field
- Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 3 years of directly related experience may be substituted for Master’s degree
- LCSW/LMHC/LMFT preferred
