The Enavate Program Manager will be responsible for analyzing the market opportunity, building business cases in conjunction with Leadership, and determining the feature areas we should invest in. Once that work is approved the PM will help drive the formulation of a product strategy, roadmap, MVP scope for each release, define the user scenarios and create specifications for the engineers to build our product/solution. The PM will also coordinate with Sales and Marketing to develop the go-to-market plans for the solution set and initiate education, documentation, and presentations to help ramp the team for success.
Your day will consist of:
- Provide in-depth knowledge of the assigned industry to create a business plan (Distribution)
- Analyze the market, determine the SWOT for the solution and collaborate with Sr Leadership to build business plans
- Work with Advisory Board and user groups if applicable to get the feedback to drive the project to success
- Formulate the product strategy, including a roadmap, MVP (Minimum Viable Product) scope, user scenarios and specifications for the features needed to meet each release cycle MVP
- Work with developers during initial stages of the project to ensure common vision of the features being developed
- Participate in the process of defect assessment and requirement detail as needed
- Track and maintain project plan with ADO (Azure Dev Ops) for team and project visibility
- Work with Release Management for tracking all up project progress
- Perform functional analysis and troubleshooting
- Write documentation, as a part of release processes
- Work with Marketing team to build out marketing collateral
- Participate in project meetings/standups and report progress to Product Leader
- Utilizes applicable Enavate Methodology phases, activities and tasks to deliver quality work products for clearly defined projects
- Perform product demonstrations/potentially attend conferences/webinars to present new solutions to the industry

Knowledge and Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of Dynamics products and “stack” technology
- Demonstrated experience with key third party add-ons or specific industry knowledge
- Accounting & Distribution knowledge and skills (such as Financials, Sales, Purchasing, eCommerce, Warehousing)
- Excellent communication skills (listening, speaking, and writing)
- Ability to express complex concepts in a clear manner; big picture thinking
- Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
- Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be effective independently
Education and Experience:
- Minimum five (5) years of related business application experience required
- Understanding of specific industry and/or product knowledge
- Ability to:
- Analyze, understand, and dissect business problems
- Deliver functional specifications
- Work in a team environment
- A systematic approach to problem solving, analytical thinking, teamwork, leadership, responsibility
