Enumerate is looking for an experienced Program Manager to join our team!
In this new role, you will drive strategic initiatives that support our growth strategy and new product offerings with the goal of delivering a delightful customer experience and generating incremental revenue programs for our organization. You will be responsible for ensuring consistency across processes, governance, project management, and communication efforts, while fostering a cohesive and high-performing work environment. This is a full-time, salaried position that reports directly to our General Manager of Product and Business Transformation. Salary range is $85,000-$100,000, depending on experience. The role is fully remote, with planned quarterly travel for team activities.

You should have
- Required:
- 5+ years of direct experience as a program manager leading cross functional, strategic projects
- Preferred:
- Experience in property management and/or property accounting will make you an outstanding candidate!
- Can manage at the tactical and strategic/executive level
- Problem solving, bringing unique ideas to the forefront to remove issues
- Communication champion, all levels across the organization
- Stakeholder management
- Identify needs across the organization to support our strategic goals
- Persuasive communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Results-oriented professional; proven ability to prioritize, drive, and achieve results
- Travel of 5% expected for quarterly team meetings.
- Ability to work in the US without sponsorship.
