Description:
Responsibilities include, for applicable submarket / assigned jobs:
- Land Development contract processing, using established processes and templates
- Land Development invoice processing, using established processes and templates/reports
- Depending on the month, this can be a time intensive process, so will need to plan time-off accordingly
- Monthly land budget tracking, and related review process with Land Controller and Project Manager
- Other accounting / finance needs that arise related to applicable jobs
- Deficit funding, in conjunction with the Community Governance Manager
- Property taxes
- Deal specific nuances
- Etc..
- Supporting assigned Project Managers with any administrative or other field tasks, as requested.
- Serving on CDD boards as needed
- Development bond release, in conjunction with Project Manager
- Organizing Land Department information / reports / files in Sharepoint
- Perform other related duties / analysis as assigned or requested
Requirements:
Preferred Qualifications (not required):
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years experience in Land / Finance / Accounting roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint, Docusign, Bluebeam
- Highly detail-oriented / organized
