Job Description:

· Review project budgets with Owner/PM

· Payables to subcontractors and vendors

· Understand Notice to Owners (NTO’s)

· Collect Lien releases

· Receivables from Owner/Clients

· Issue Pay Applications to Clients with all pertinent documentation per contract

· Pay Applications executed by Owner/PM

· Issue weekly unpaid Bills Report for Owner review

· Print checks for Owner Signature

· Reconcile Credit Card statements monthly

· Obtain expense reports from employees monthly

· Closeout projects monthly

· Update WIP for review and issue to accountant

· Utilize QuickBooks with Procore integration

· Provide Job Cost Details for projects

· Process AlA contracts for clients

· Set up vendor accounts as needed

· Assist in project closeouts

· Utilize DocuSign for all documents

· Execute subcontracts (Procore Utilization)

· Execute Change Orders (Procore Utilization)

· Notifications to all subcontractors and vendors for pay applications (ProCore Utilization)

· Sharepoint

· Excel

· Word

· Microsoft Teams/Calling

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
