Long standing and well respected Florida Real Estate / Property Mgmt company is in search of a Project Administrator for their busy and growing location in Wesley Chapel. This is vital role in which the successful candidate will perform essential administrative & support duties for the project manager. This person must possess a professional and strong work ethic, present themselves professionally and bring with them a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. This applicant must be someone with an extreme and relentless attention to detail. a fast learner with strong organizational capabilities and can consistently display executive level communication skills. This person must also be able to work efficiently, independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
Principal Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Greet customers in a professional and welcoming manner
- Act as a liaison between the clients and the sales/operations team(s)
- Answering and transferring calls to appropriate staff members
- Inventory management and control over marketing and all office supplies
- Input any prospective client information into system, complete reporting
- Ability to proactively manage and communicate deadlines
- Efficiency and accuracy in document preparation and distribution

- Previous hospitality or Reception experience preferred
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication and writing skills
