Duties include: Project/Client Management, preparation of proposals, client presentations, contract negotiations, designing and producing construction documents, AutoCad 12 knowledge. Experience in the coordination of all the engineering disciplines. Hands-on from programming through contract administration. Detail-oriented and good communication skills are essential.
