- Procore or other project management software experience
- CRM experience
- Construction Experience
What you will be doing
- Provide Administrative support to Executives
- Assist in proposals, marketing, and business development
- Assist with Job Close Out Process
- Prepare Project Manuals
- Be a member of the team involved in creating a winning strategy for Request for Proposal Responses (RFP’s) and the formal presentation for a project.
- Be willing to learn and help implement new softwares such as CRM, HR, and Marketing programs
- Take on special projects as needed to help company continue to grow and improve
