Full Job Description
Building materials manufacturer, distributor, and installer looking to hire a Project Coordinator.
Prefer commercial construction background but not required.
Project Coordination:
- Responsible for being the key contact person during lifetime of Project
- Issue, request and track all required Construction Project Documentation; such as Proposals, Letter of Intents, Subcontracts, Change Orders, Purchase Order, Drawings, Submittals, RFI’s, Lien Waivers, Certificates of Insurance, Close-out Documents, etc.
- Obtaining prices for all supplies required to complete the works.
- Schedule and track delivery of materials/supplies and equipment ensuring on-time delivery
- Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team
- Analyze drawings, installation sequence and special conditions.
- Assist with planning and coordination of all project-related administrative activities. Incorporate standardized procedures developed to create a consistent, uniform appearance for all Company documents.
- Ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner
- Keep the complete control of project and others informed about project status and issues that may impact client satisfaction
- Meet with the Installers to review details to the start of the job.
- Visit project site during initial site preparation and construction as required
- Report results and goals to General Manager

- Ability to analyze data, develop information based on that data, and engage senior level executives with findings.

- Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work in a team environment with a desire for excellence.
Job Qualifications:
- Bilingual preferred, but not required

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
