Essential Job Functions:

  • Purchase materials for all projects and coordinate delivery to office or job site.
  • Create material purchase orders.
  • Reconcile, approve, and pay all material invoices.
  • Pay all labor invoices.
  • Filtering, handling and directing phone calls and e-mails.
  • Facilitate permitting process.
  • Facilitate warranty process.
  • Receive and catalog materials.
  • Solve problems as they arise.
  • Support teamwork within the department.

Qualifications desired:

Education – Associates degree or higher. Preferably in business administration, management or related discipline. Experience in lieu of some educational requirements.

  • Cooperative, motivated, problem solver, role model, and quality oriented team player.
  • Computer applications: Microsoft office, BuilderTrend, Adobe suite, Dropbox
  • Abilities – To multitask with numerous projects while receiving minimal guidance.
  • Able to maintain a high degree of integrity and loyalty toward company and clients.
  • Accounts payable and/or receivable experience a plus.
  • 2-5 years of construction experience a plus.
