Essential Job Functions:
- Purchase materials for all projects and coordinate delivery to office or job site.
- Create material purchase orders.
- Reconcile, approve, and pay all material invoices.
- Pay all labor invoices.
- Filtering, handling and directing phone calls and e-mails.
- Facilitate permitting process.
- Facilitate warranty process.
- Receive and catalog materials.
- Solve problems as they arise.
- Support teamwork within the department.
Qualifications desired:
Education – Associates degree or higher. Preferably in business administration, management or related discipline. Experience in lieu of some educational requirements.
- Cooperative, motivated, problem solver, role model, and quality oriented team player.
- Computer applications: Microsoft office, BuilderTrend, Adobe suite, Dropbox
- Abilities – To multitask with numerous projects while receiving minimal guidance.
- Able to maintain a high degree of integrity and loyalty toward company and clients.
- Accounts payable and/or receivable experience a plus.
- 2-5 years of construction experience a plus.
