Summary/Objective:
Currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join the Jones Lang LaSalle Multifamily, LLC (“JLLM”) – Asset Management group in Clearwater, FL. JLLM is a wholly owned subsidiary of Jones Lang LaSalle Inc., originating and servicing primarily Agency/GSE multifamily mortgages. The position requires a self-starter who can multitask a wide variety of duties to support various office functions not limited to office coordination, loan administration and asset management support. Individual must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, able to adjust to changing priorities and manage deadlines. The ability to read and understand loan documents, and financial statements is a plus.

Essential Functions:
Office responsibilities include daily mail distribution, routing packages and faxes, courier and overnight packages
Maintain and stock office with office supplies; order office supplies on a monthly basis
Complete daily walk-through of printing and copy stations to ensure that they are stocked with toner, paper and regularly maintained
Maintain and stock coffee station; order coffee supplies on a monthly basis
Coordinating with building management company to address service, repairs and maintenance.
Coordinate and collect portfolio quarterly financial statements not limited to mail merge emails, monitoring mailboxes, updating systems and statement distribution.
Coordinate site inspections for Asset Management team including system updates, set up of reports, report delivery, and paying invoices
Responsible for loan set up and onboarding, that includes creating network files, updating servicing systems with contact information, and attending onboarding calls and periodic system updates.
Loan Compliance tracking including annual compliance item
Monitoring mailboxes, tracking/distribution and making system updates
Coordinate document execution for Asset Management Team.
Assist with special projects as necessary
Provide back up support for team
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications Required:
Prior experience in accounts payable and cash management helpful
Knowledge of Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Willingness and ability to learn new technology
Ability to work independently, unsupervised, and as a team player
Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving and organization skills
Strong time management skill and ability to operate under demanding deadlines
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to audit own work
Excellent customer service focus required including courtesy, tack and effectiveness in dealing with others (both internal and external) in every day working relationships, including contacts to request or provide information
Strong verbal, writing, and organizational skills

Education:
Undergraduate degree preferred (but not mandatory) in a business-related field (i.e. Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Business)

Experience:
1-3+ years’ experience in multifamily and/or commercial real estate finance or property management
