Full Job Description
Proactive Construction is seeking an Project Coordinator / Assistant Project Manager with construction experience (preferred). We are a growing dynamic company with a fun work environment and unlimited growth potential. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years construction experience. We will consider limited experience candidates interested in construction.
We are conveniently located in the Westchase area of Tampa.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Coordinator functions for General Contractor / Remodeling Contractor.
- Support Owner and PM with project support and documentation..
- Set up and maintenance of new project files in Buildertrend.
- Knowledge of local Subcontractor base.
- Compose correspondence including timely distribution after Project Managers review and approval.
- Contract Administration support (subcontracts, change orders, etc.)
- Track and follow-up to ensure information is returned in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Buildertrend, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Bluebeam
- Strong communication and follow up skills.
- Clear attention to detail and consistency.
- Proactive and able to meet deadlines.
- Team Player
