Full Job Description
SPECIALIZED, a commercial construction, painting and restoration General Contractor, is seeking a PROJECT COORDINATOR to join our team!
The PROJECT COORDINATOR will coordinate a work flow process through a web-based construction management application (Corecon), ensuring the effective project implementation, production and closeout is performed in a timely manner in accordance with client contractual agreements and in adherence to company policy and procedures.
The position requires strong administrative processes and customer service skills. An organized individual who is detail oriented, resourceful, decisive, demonstrates integrity, thrives in a fast-paced environment and works with minimal supervision; ensuring work performed is high quality, accurate and cost effective.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY / DUTIES INCLUDE
Create subcontracts, purchase orders, work orders and changes orders.
Monitor and track project progress and changes.
Update, report and follow up on projects through to completion.
Schedule delivery/pickup of equipment.
Research subcontractors, customers, vendors and products.
Review photos and create PowerPoint presentations.
Maintain client relations and provide excellent customers service.
Close out and bill jobs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 3 years Administrative experience.
Preferred: Previous experience in construction
Effective communication, professionalism and administrative skills.
