Trinity Construction Management, a turn-key subcontractor in the commercial construction industry is seeking a qualified Project Coordinator with experience in the commercial construction industry.
This candidate will be responsible for project submittals, review, and release; assisting project management with scheduling, phasing, logistics, prior to, during, and up to construction completion.
This is an extremely fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. Candidate must be a team player, wearing many hats, be self-motivated, design oriented and be able to manage multiple tasks for multiple projects at once in various stages of construction.
General requirements, in addition to the above:
- Ability to read architectural and structural drawings is firm!
- Glass/Glazing experience is a Plus but not required.
- High proficiency in Excel, as spreadsheets are widely used for budgets, estimates, and scheduling.
- Extensive computer knowledge, including windows, word, outlook, and drop box.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, as well as analytical and decision making skills.
- Outstanding commitment and dedication to the company and its customers, with a FIRM commitment to on-time completion and NO-PUNCH LIST!
- Must be professional and polished in appearance and speech.
