Construction Project Executive Compensation & Benefits
Total compensation for the Construction Project Executive is between $160 and $200K depending on experience. Base salary may be more than this range for candidates with exceptional experience and successful history of performance.

Construction Project Executive Duties & Responsibilities
- Candidates will possess excellent functional knowledge of commercial construction.
- Manage multiple multifamily or hospitality projects $100M+
- Work directly with project management teams and sub-contractors to ensure projects are moving in a positive direction
- Oversee project from bid to completion.
- Manage direct reports, field personnel and subcontractors.
- Work directly with clients and owners.
- Maintain and monitor project budgets
Construction Project Executive Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years’ experience.
- Experience with Multi-Family or Hospitality Projects $100M+ – Concrete.
- Construction related degree is a plus.
- Stable work history
- Proven leadership and management skills.
- Must enjoy a team atmosphere.
