Synergy is looking for you! We are looking for the right candidate to be our Project Management Coordinator that will support and organize a wide range of projects for the Outdoor Living department.

As a Project Management Coordinator, you will:

  • Start out earning $20 or more per hour, based upon experience
  • Be provided with personalized training sessions to grow your knowledge
  • Work alongside our Lead Scheduling Coordinators while learning your tasks
  • Work full-time
  • Be eligible for company benefits provided to our employees

Tasks will include but not be limited to:

  • Answer phone calls, return voicemails, send, and receive emails
  • Check builder sites to confirm schedules
  • Completion of daily schedules for Outdoor Living Installers
  • Provide excellent customer service and support by following up with customers/superintendents
  • Timely execution of assigned tasks
  • Check-in with the Outdoor Living Installer team throughout the day
  • Prepare and execute an efficient schedule for the next day
  • Communicate with other departments within the company.
  • Schedule and coordinator our schedule with subcontracting companies.
  • Receive in deliveries, if necessary.
  • Provide information to techs for defective items.
  • Work with production manager and project manager on projects to ensure timely completions.
  • Keep track of office supplies.

Qualified candidates MUST:

  • Have experience with computers
  • Speak Spanish
  • Be able to take direction and work well with others
  • Pass a drug test and a background check
  • Have a High School diploma or equivalent
  • Be available to work a full-time schedule Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
  • Must be able to work some overtime if workload requires
  • Maintain high level of multitasking and organization.
  • Communicate effectively and timely
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Be dependable and reliable
  • Fork lift experience preferred but not required.
