OBC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team! They are looking to build a family-oriented construction company with a reputation for safety, professionalism, integrity and a positive “make-it-happen” attitude.
What you’ll be doing:
- Developing new client relationships while growing existing client relationships
- Developing comprehensive estimates including materials, equipment, subcontractors, and labor
- Coordinate and collaborate with foremen and superintendents
- Execution of projects from award to closeout while managing the day-to-day activities and accounting
- Ensuring that the OBC Constructors and client safety programs are being adhered to
- Ensuring that projects are completed in the highest quality manner in accordance with the OBC Constructors Quality Plan
Minimum Requirements:
- Ability to review and interpret technical specifications.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings.
- Experience with material take offs.
- Experience with the following software: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project
- The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and focused attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and expand knowledge base through use of technology.
- A positive winning attitude!
Preferred Experience:
- 5 years construction experience
- Experience in proposal writing
- 5 years project management experience
- General understanding of concrete and masonry
- Experience in electronic plan take offs and estimating using estimating software
- Full-Time

- Compensation$90,000 to $105,000 per year
