We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for tracking jobs in progress and assisting with administrative activities of Skyway Design Company. While this will be a part-time position, to begin with, there will be the opportunity for it to become full-time.

  • Track projects and follow-up
  • Contact clients with project updates
  • Provide administrative assistance to the management team
  • Ensure deadlines are met
  • Maintain required project documentation
  • Perform other office tasks (reception, project research, responding to emails, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Project Management and Administrative Services or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Computer proficient
