We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for tracking jobs in progress and assisting with administrative activities of Skyway Design Company. While this will be a part-time position, to begin with, there will be the opportunity for it to become full-time.
- Track projects and follow-up
- Contact clients with project updates
- Provide administrative assistance to the management team
- Ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain required project documentation
- Perform other office tasks (reception, project research, responding to emails, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Project Management and Administrative Services or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Computer proficient
