Full Job Description
Alto Construction Company is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in the Tampa Area. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience in Civil Project Management and will be responsible for analyzing documents and blueprints, determining production and service costs, preparing material and subcontractor purchase orders (Buyouts), creating change orders, and negotiating them with the client, developing and maintaining good relationships with Vendors, General Contractors, and Subcontractors. Great communication and team skills are a must. This is a full-time permanent position with a competitive salary and benefit package. Go home every night, our work is close to the Tampa Area.

Responsibilities:
- Project Schedules, Start-up, and Close-out of Projects.
- Material ordering and scheduling.
- Defining milestones and goals.
- Highlighting the project dependencies.
- Managing Subcontractors.
- Communicating with Alto’s Superintendents concerning manpower, equipment, and productions.
- Reviewing Contracts and keeping everyone in check to make sure that the team’s move along in accordance with the plans and schedule.
- Managing the budget.
- Serving as the liaison among all stakeholders.
- Troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Invoicing projects monthly.
Job Details:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in the civil construction industry, preferably in commercial, FDOT, and private developments.
- Strong knowledge of Procore, Microsoft office, Adobe, and other project management software.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to find solutions to project challenges.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
