POSITION: Project Manager – Architectural Sign Projects
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- coordinating the design, production, and installation for interior & exterior signs, including directional and wayfinding, channel letter, electrical, traffic, post & panel signs, and more.
- managing the budget, timeline, scope, and deliverables of large-scale sign projects, ensuring customer expectations are exceeded.
- Ideal teammate will focus on safety, quality, and productivity, while managing a wide range of interior and exterior sign projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of experience in project management for interior and exterior signage is required
- High School diploma or GED.
- Candidate will be asked to show results of similar sign projects that were successfully managed.
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Excel, or other PM software is required.
- Teammate must have a desire to contribute to the overall success of the company and to improving all key performance metrics.
- Selected candidate must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

POSITION: Project Services Coordinator (PSC)
RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary responsibilities include serving as main liaison between sales account managers and production team, in order to expedite sales orders through numerous internal and external processes. Our PSC’ assist with estimating, permitting, some design, and sales order entry for our diverse architectural sign product lines, including directional and wayfinding, channel letter, electrical, traffic, post & panel signs, and more. Project Service Coordinators order outsourced materials and services and ensure all production paperwork is completed accurately and timely.
QUALIFICATIONS: 2+ years of experience in a project management or sales assistant role, focused on interior and exterior signage (or similar products and services), is required, plus a High School diploma or GED. Experience with MAS 200, Microsoft CRM, Corel and other software is preferred. Teammate must have a desire to contribute to the overall success of the company and to improving all key performance metrics. Selected candidate must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

POSITION: Interior / Exterior Sign Estimator
RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary responsibilities include estimating production and installation costs for interior &
exterior signs, including directional and wayfinding, channel letter, electrical, traffic, post & panel signs, ADA
and more. Estimator must translate conceptual designs and customer specifications into material, labor, and installation costs. Ideal teammate will focus on safety, quality, and productivity, while designing a wide range of interior and exterior signs.
QUALIFICATIONS: 2+ years of interior and exterior sign estimating experience required, plus a High School diploma or GED. A thorough understanding of fabrication and installation methods is essential, in order to prepare accurate estimates. Experience with Excel and other estimating software is required. Candidate will be expected to demonstrate proficiency with estimating software. Teammate must have a desire to contribute to the overall success of the company and to improving all key performance metrics. Selected candidate must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
