Full Job Description
Seeking full-time, high-level Project Manager for our location in Tampa, FL to manage customer signage projects from approval of sale through final installation.
PM is responsible for managing overall project success including project planning, timelines, scheduling, resource allocation, vendor coordination, while providing technical direction and exceeding customer expectations.
Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Work with sales executives to determine customer needs and expectation
· Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
· Managing projects, budgets, timelines
· Assisting with field operations
· Prepare PO’s as required
· Review signed proposals/contract from customer
· Work with Estimating department to gather required documentation and submit for customer approvals
· Coordinate permitting, fabrication and installation schedules to keep project on schedule
· Resolve any issues that may occur with the projects
Qualifications:
· Three years industry experience preferred
· Excellence in client communications/customer relations
· Experience in scheduling, estimating and installation coordination highly desired
· Computer savvy, MS Office proficient
· Ability to take direction and suggestions in an open collaborative way
