Position Summary
As a Construction/Restoration Project Manager, you’ll lead reconstruction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, customer satisfaction, and adherence to timelines and budgets. You’ll manage teams and subcontractors, ensuring the scope of work is clear, well-documented, and followed meticulously.
Compensation
- $69,000 – $75,000 annually, based on experience and performance.
Responsibilities
- Help homeowners restore their properties post-insurance claims.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor work.
- Build trust and maintain positive relationships with customers and adjusters.
- Deliver projects on time and within industry standards.

Qualifications
- 3+ years in construction project management, specifically in restoration.
- Strong planning, budgeting, and organizational skills.
- Ability to recruit and manage subcontractors.
- Associate’s degree in construction or related field, or equivalent experience.
Requirements
- Pass background check and drug test.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors, lift up to 75 lbs, and use PPE as needed.
