They are currently seeking a Project Manager to add to their experienced Tampa, FL team.
Requirements for Project Manager:
5+ years’ experience in managing all phases of construction on residential and mixed-use projects
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Science or related field preferred
Mid-rise and stick built experience preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and MS Project
Strong organizational, time-management, verbal, and written communication skills
