POSITION SUMMARY
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing fast paced, small and medium scale projects, typically less than 1M.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Directly manage assigned projects from start to completion.
– Ensure all field personnel, subcontractors and vendors achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget and to the highest quality standards that conform to the contract, drawings, and specifications, including all safety requirements, laws, and regulations.
– Communicate with the owners, architects, and other professionals before, during and after the project completion.
– Work in conjunction with Field Superintendents and direct Field Crews.
– Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks.
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:
– 3 years of commercial construction project management as a general or as a sub-contractor, Preference: 5 years
– Self-motivated with excellent time and project management skills.
– Ability to work in a team environment.
– Capacity to deliver successful results with fast paced schedules and deadlines.
– Read and understand plans, specifications, and contract documents.
– Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite and strong computer skills
– Great communication skills
