Full Job Description
We are seeking an Project Manager who will be responsible for providing technical support to a multi-disciplined team for projects from concept to completion. Including participation in managing scope, cost, schedule, internal staffing and outside vendors, contractual deliverables, reviewing plans and other technical documents, answering questions regarding the scope and/or timing of the project, and monitoring costs and project progress.
How are you successful in this role?
You should be able to manage all resources and costs for assigned projects, including staff, contractors, materials/parts, and budgets. Work with sales and engineering teams to identify project scope and objectives.
What we are looking for?
- 1-3 years’ project management experience in building infrastructure and/or energy reduction initiatives.
- Associate degree. Bachelor’s preferred.
- PMP a plus.
- Demonstrated knowledge of construction or HVAC industry.
- Strong computer skills
- Must be authorized to work in US
- Ability to travel extensively with a valid Driver’s License
- Government badge may be required for most sites, must be prepared to pass an extensive background check
