Project Manager
Job Description Summary:
Oversee entire building construction process on multiple buildings at one time. Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget and in accordance to applicable codes, permitted plans, addendums options and change orders.
Qualifications/Skills Requirements:
Highly organized
Outstanding written communication, verbal communication and customer service skills
High school degree or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management
Ability to create schedules
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Understanding of building materials and methodology
Excellent multi-tasking and time management abilities
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Posses a valid Florida Driver’s license
Computer literacy in Windows type applications
Experience with Procore Project Management software a plus
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Create Schedules
Review/approve invoices
Coordinate and direct subcontractors
Regularly communicate and meet with owners throughout construction process
Order materials and check deliveries
Review subcontractors’ work onsite
Verify completion and quality of work prior to payment
Complete construction in timely manner
Keep organized and safe jobsites
Create schedules and track daily progress through job logs and Procore Project Management software
Ensure addendums and change order are completed correctly
Final walkthroughs with customers
Completion of punchlist
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $49,879.33 – $100,000.00 per year
