Job Title: Project Manager
Position Overview: The primary job function of the Project Manager is for overseeing all aspects of project management, from site visits to final project completion. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of large-scale projects, maintaining high-quality standards, and meeting client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Project Management:
· Perform comprehensive site visits to assess project requirements and scope.
· Create accurate and competitive quotes based on project specifications and client needs.
· Act as the primary liaison with Facility Managers, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
· Effectively manage and lead project crews, ensuring productivity, safety, and quality standards are met.
· Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, coordinating with internal teams and external contractors to ensure timely project delivery.
· Contract and manage outside contractors/subcontractors as needed to supplement project resources.
· Scheduling and Logistics:
· Assist Project Coordinators with scheduling the in-house crew for various projects.
· Documentation and Communication:
· Provide nightly updates on project progress, including accomplishments, challenges, and next steps.
· Financial and Administrative Tasks:
· Upload invoices and job costs to the appropriate project files.
· Monitor and control project-related expenses to ensure projects remain within budgetary constraints.
Qualifications:
– 3-5 years experience in Project Management or related field
– Proven experience in project management, including successful completion of projects
– Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
