Overall Purpose of the Position
Responsible for managing projects within the constraints of scope, quality, time and cost, to deliver specified requirements and meet customer satisfaction.
Expenditure authority:
Within the limits of the project’s budget and maybe subject to higher approval.
Key Accountabilities
Key accountabilities – Project Management
1. Liaise with Customer, Estimating, Design, Sales, Permitting, Production, Installation and any outsource vendors.
2. Ensure all project requirements and/or objectives are properly documented and vigorously pursued
3. Establish or confirm guidelines applicable to the project.
4. Coordinate assigned team members, ensure timely activity, integration and efficient use of time and resources to meet requirements.
5. Facilitate communication as appropriate to all stakeholders.
Key accountabilities – Reporting and Tracking
1. Establish appropriate KPIs and recommend trade-offs between scope, quality, time and cost.
2. Track and report project progress and forecast project milestones.
3. Document, obtain approval, and track all changes in project parameters
4. Documents all internal and external obstacles and delays, and tries to find “workarounds”.
5. Responsible for managing team pipeline and system reporting.
6. Complete all wrap-up activities upon project completion.
Education and Experience
Education requirements:
– Relevant entry-level training in project management and an understanding of architectural interior and exterior signage products
Experience
– 3-5 years custom architectural sign project management or other relevant experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
