As a Project Manager with Leviat, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your talents and passion in a constantly evolving construction industry. While this job will be under the direction of Project Management, the scope of the job will cross all identified regions, as the candidate will communicate with a number of functions including but not limited to: sales, marketing, engineering, designers, R&D, manufacturing, finance, and customer services. The range of customer contacts includes professional specifiers, design build contractors, concrete contractors, precast OEMs, contract manufacturers, trades, technical professionals, and senior managers from various companies and organizations. The Project Manager executes requests for quotations, orders, and lead times from customers. Coordinates with other departments in handling projects and providing service to customers.
Essential Functions
- Responsible for project tracking and forecasting
- Monitor activity on existing projects and report accurate updates in daily production meetings.
- Facilitate the progress and timeliness of project by contacting customers, both inside and outside, when appropriate to obtain information to further project progression.
- Track project thru daily production schedule to assure project is meeting the customer’s need date.
- Maintain on a weekly basis, an accurate projection of annual forecast of possible and probable projects.
- Search Dodge Construction lead service on computer to monitor progress of projects being tracked.
- Handle all customer inquiries regarding the Thermomass line of products
- Answer customer’s inquiries and questions
- Direct customer inquiries not directly related to inside sales to appropriate department when necessary.
- Obtain project specific information required to complete analysis information worksheet to be transferred to Technical Department as required to produce appropriate analysis for customer.
- Send out material spec sheets when requested
- Project management
- Provide quotes to customers per job specifications using price list.
- Communicate with customer to obtain information regarding bid dates, status of drawings and expected ship dates for upcoming projects. Update sales forecast spreadsheet with information obtained.
- Obtain drawings from customer for the Engineering’s use.
- Confirm project is ready for production by verifying issues such as, drawing approval in-house, purchase order in-house, order confirmation returned, and credit applications approved (when necessary).
- Responsible for execution of accurate work order, providing appropriate department(s) with copy.
- Responsible for project information such as quotes, order confirmation, purchase order, invoices, and shipping documents to be filed in central filing when order is complete.
- Assist Accounting Department by sending out credit applications to new customers for Accounting to follow-up on for appropriate credit parameters to be established.
- Maintain database records by inputting correspondence in the database for historical record keeping. (i.e. email, record of phone calls, project notes)
Experience
- Strong oral, presentation, and written communication skills.

- Software: Microsoft Suite, Smartsheets, CRM (Salesforce preferred), and ERP (AX or SAP preferred)
